Business leaders must help their people understand new challenges and new initiatives so they can play their parts in sync and to the best of their abilities. For key players, hearing from executive sponsors the “why” behind changes will allow them a greater understanding of their specific roles and responsibilities, create more buy-in and result in business objectives being reached.

OS works with organizations to:

  • Assess the current-state of affairs and outline desired outcomes
  • Gain executive sponsorship for a successful change initiative and offer coaching for those sponsors
  • Assess the organization’s readiness for change
  • Define and communicate roles for each constituent group affected by the change
  • Anticipate change barriers by identifying skill deficits and misaligned resources
  • Implement a detailed plan to achieve the desired state
  • Work with each affected group to design and implement a plan to contribute toward achievement of the desired end state
  • Provide ongoing tracking of progress
