Optimized teams have certain qualities that enable them to surpass their competitors. The OS model of High Performing Teams spotlights areas where teams can improve their collaboration and leverage their individual talents for improved performance.

We design, develop, and deploy workshops that bring group skills up to the desired level. We also monitor performance to keep players on track to higher performance.

Our approach is to:

  • Assess the team’s perception of its own progress by asking them to evaluate their group on 10 key characteristics of High Performing Teams.
  • Develop a road map to transition a group of individuals into a High Performing Team.
  • Design and conduct workshops to address fundamental team dynamics, identify individual development plans, and make adjustments to the team design.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance, including coaching team leaders on interpersonal dynamics.
  • Identify and implement appropriate incentives to reinforce team behaviors.
  • Track progress toward achievement of business results.
